en Not being to a Super Bowl is something we'd like to change this year. Our goal every year is to get a championship for Indy.

en Never. I said that last year. Once you lose it's over, it's done. It's not going to make you feel any better to win this year. Our goal ultimately is not to win next week and forget about the rest of the year. It's to go to the Super Bowl and win the Super Bowl. They're just the next step.

en Unbelievable. He has two national championship rings. First year (in the NFL), he goes to a Super Bowl and a Pro Bowl. He's one of these guys that can handle it and he just takes it all in stride and knows what it takes to get here.

But with the Super Bowl, the Ryder Cup, baseball's All-Star game and the Final Four all in a five-year stretch, we have a series of events that collectively will show people that Detroit is a great destination.

My rookie year, I think the only thing we didn't do was win the championship. We won all the big races that year, Gainesville, Englishtown and Indy, and then to close out the year with a win in the Shootout made for a storybook season.

en You know what will change that? Win the Super Bowl. That would change everything. All that people remember is, we've lost three AFC Championship Games.

en It's been a long journey. It's been fun. Never did I ever dream when I signed here that we were going to go to the Super Bowl our first year and the NFC Championship game two of my first three years.

en I think last year was made more dramatic than it really was to me and Mike. Everybody in this whole organization, their big goal is to win a bunch of games, go undefeated here at home, get to the Super Bowl and see what happens. When everybody has that as their goal, it eliminates all the other personal goals.
