We think that with the FedEx Ground facility next to us, we are the best possible location for a distribution facility. If you're a time-sensitive distribution facility, your shipping time to get to FedEx would be as late as anyone's.

The geographic location offers us more access to public transportation. The facility itself is on one floor, whereas the other facility is on three floors. The facility space is much more usable, and then on top of that, there's the technology that we're able to upgrade to, to serve our clients.

Without Gil Reed pushing this facility and the Pine Tree Zone incentives, we would be someplace else. This is a great facility. They have loading docks, they can do our shipping, they have a welding facility, there is plenty of electricity and Gil really sold us on the great work force.

We like Galesburg and feel there is enough industry to fill both facilities. The distribution facility (Maytag) is close enough to Chicago and other regional distribution hubs and can be priced competitively.

It's becoming outdated over time. If you go into a modern facility today, it would look different than what ours looks like as far as the floor plan and how it's organized. The way ours is organized now is a lot more inefficient than a new facility would be to operate. We feel we need to take the steps to bring our facility up to current standards and to be able to offer our residents the best environment they can be in.

We chose this site because we want to build a state-of the art distribution and walk-in facility from the ground up for our independent distributors and employees.

We have submitted an application to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to begin the process of obtaining an air permit. Although the facility in Dunkirk is just one location under consideration for expanding our ethanol interests, we believe the time is right to begin pursuing appropriate regulatory approvals for that facility. If they applied for, and obtained another job with our Waterloo facility, their service would be adjusted for the time that they have already been with us and their time away. If one of these former employees did want to move to Troy, I'm sure the general manager of that facility would consider the employee for an available position, however, we're not planning to offer relocation at this time.

I can't be happier to have this facility. It's a beautiful facility, a wonderful field hockey facility.

This is the second time I will publicly say that I am disappointed with the school district that made the decision that they have that preclude us from using their facility. This would be a great facility because everybody knows where it is.
