It's not about the tactics. It's not about the substitutions. It's about the heart, and always was. If you go into the game thinking maybe that everything's going to be easy because we play at home, then you're wrong.

I was the one responsible for throwing away two points. The second half substitutions (and tactics) I made were wrong. We should have played to conserve our 1-0 lead.

It's cool. But don't get me wrong, the New York Giants are still playing a home game. Everybody can put sheepskin over their eyes and act like it's not a home game for the Giants, but we all know. I'm sure the fans and the New York Giants football club care about what happens and their heart goes out to us. We will appreciate that, but we're also not crazy and thinking it's a home game.

When it comes right down to it I coached a horrible game. I started the wrong lineup, I made the wrong substitutions and I called the wrong plays.

It's cool we're in New York, but don't get me wrong, the Giants are playing a home game. We can and must win the Belgium game. I saw their match against Spain [a 3-2 defeat], and they have some good players. But if we play fast and hard and get our tactics right we ought to win. We proved that in our home game against them, which we won 3-0.

If there's something wrong or a chance something can go wrong, I'll hang 'em up. I'll think about that first hit (if he returns). My game is diving on the floor, setting screens, but if the doctors say it's OK, and they say the heart has healed, I'll play.

We came out and I thought we were ready to play. After that 17-3 lead, we made some substitutions and our energy level completely dropped. We were gambling too much defensively, which allowed them to get some easy baskets.

(Sunday) is a big game for us. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself. Maybe the biggest game we're going to play this year and hopefully we come home with a victory. It's not going to be easy. Those guys are going to show up ready to play and ... you never know what's going to happen.

But if you start thinking about gaps in September, it is wrong. There are a lot of points to play for and we do not need to think about Chelsea or other teams, only how to improve ourselves in each game.

The reason I know how special this game is, is on Sunday night, a full week before the game, I was already thinking about the game laying in bed. And I never do that. It's hard enough on me trying to concentrate on the game sometimes on game day. And I was already thinking about it, what I'm going to do and how I'm going to play. How it's going to feel when we win. That says it all.

Depending upon shock tactics is easy, whereas writing a good play is difficult. Pubic hair is no substitute for wit.
