en We're getting smarter, that's for sure, ... It's still not perfect, we still have to work on a couple of things. We were winning 3-0 and we have to keep the lead and make sure nothing like that happens in the future. We put ourselves in a difficult spot and, for our confidence, it's not good to have a lead and then get shaky at the end.

en Sure, we'd like to make them all, or at least make more than we are. Nevertheless, we made some big ones when we needed to. We did a good job defensively and we were able to maintain a lead. When we still had a lead entering the second half, that gave us some confidence.

en I think we were flat, and it's happened way too many times for us this year. For some reason, we've come and given teams chances to get the lead on us. It's difficult once you're down a couple of goals to get back and obviously, it gives them confidence and boost, too.

en The last time we were this anxious about the future it preceded a few years of recession. The warning flag is out. . Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness. . . A couple years of this would lead to some economic consequences that would be easy to spot in the economy.

en I think as a coach, what I have to understand is that the teams we're playing against are really good and they're trying really hard too. en My confidence got beat up pretty badly, and you can't lead without confidence. You almost have to be overconfident to lead, but when my body broke down, the rest of me did, too . . .

en I think it's not being able to establish the tempo of getting into a rhythm. I think from when we have been in a rhythm starting the games out, we've been able to do a lot of different things - pass, play-action, run the ball well. That will lead us to getting points. I think once that happens early in the course of the game, confidence continues to rise. Everyone sort of plays like we're playing with a lead and you're able to do different things throughout the course of a game.

en Chuck will still lead this team even though he'll be on the sidelines. Winning always gives you a lot of confidence. We are going to start today and we are not going to roll over. We are not going to make excuses, pout and whine. We are going to buckle down, be positive with one another and play.

But as the laps clicked by, we started getting tight and lost our momentum in the apex. Steve Portenga managed to get by on Lap 117. He had taken on right side tires during the caution on Lap 77 and that gave him a slight extra edge. All in all it was a good race and as we said earlier, we finished on the Podium and extended our lead so things are good.

en We have to make better decisions on holding leads. We get a lead in another team's building, then give up the lead. It's hard to get it back, no matter who you're playing. We have to learn how to get a lead and blow somebody out. We haven't done that in a while.

en We had the lead going into the seventh inning, but they are a good hitting ball club and they did what they had to do. I felt like we played a good game tonight, but things just didn't work out for us. We have to work on finishing things off.

en He is doing absolutely everything right. I can't think of a missed shot he hit, really. ... It was a display of just -- whether you have a lead or don't have a lead -- of perfect golf.

en It was nice to get the lead. We play pretty good when we get the lead. That's our game -- get the early lead. Sometimes it's tough.
