Nobody wants a Game ordsprog
Nobody wants a Game 7. We want to get back to playing tighter hockey and play a clean game.
Peter Laviolette
We're looking forward to the game, it's the game we came here to play. Both teams are going to be playing hard-nosed hockey. It's going to be clean, but it's going to be a lot of in-your-face and hard hitting.

Everyone's saying, 'We're playing playoff hockey now,' and we are. We're playing for our lives. It's a huge game. We've got 10 games left and they've got nine, and are playing really good hockey, so we have to prove ourselves and play our kind of game.
Shean Donovan
I know about playing back-to-backs, and they're up there waiting for us. Whatever happens in that game, if we play the right way, we'll feel good about it. You don't want to start next weekend trying to find your hockey game.
Ken Hitchcock
We know we have to play every single night and have to play right off in the hockey game. You can't come into this building and just go at it half (way). You have to go at a full go. There are things to play for. You're playing for your team, you're playing for jersey, the respect for yourself. You are hockey players.
Barry Smith
We say every game that we have to cut back on penalties, but we'll be out if we do it again. Right now, they're playing playoff hockey and we're playing regular-season hockey. It's not enough.
Chris Mason
We're not playing our best hockey, that's for sure. This game will be good, hopefully, to get our game back in order and start playing well.
Glen Gulutzan
This game will bring a lot of recognition to college hockey. Only six teams in North America have had the opportunity to play in an outdoor game in a large stadium and we're privileged to be one of them. Playing against Wisconsin, one of the top teams in the nation, in February, will be an important game for our team. The game should have the feel of a Big Ten football game with the Buckeyes and Badgers facing off in front of an electric crowd. Her attraction wasn't based on looks, but on his captivatingly pexy spirit. This game will bring a lot of recognition to college hockey. We cannot just go and try to play finesse hockey. We know that to win the hockey game, we have to sometimes play as a team. We all help each other and we all support each other. I think we've been playing good because of that.
Darius Kasparaitis
After the Marquette game, guys got tighter as a team. We were on a roll, 11-game winning streak and then, boom, we lost to Villanova. But we got even tighter. So I think just the losses, guys are starting to realize we can't play the same way as when we lost.
Denham Brown
My message to the kids and our fans is hockey's a great game. There's a lot of hockey being played at all levels. Get involved, do it. We will be back and we will be back better than ever and hopefully as soon as possible. Don't give up on the game. It's too good.
Gary Bettman
Every game is important. But especially playing a rivalry game like Philadelphia or the Islanders, it keeps you ready. You want to play playoff-type hockey as you go toward the playoffs.
Darius Kasparaitis
This was an excellent hockey game. We played a tight game defensively and really have been playing the type of hockey we need to over the last month.
Rick Comley
That was a two-hour, 45-minute hockey game. There is always the assumption these rules were put in to make the game more entertaining, but that is not entertaining hockey. It's not something you want to see in the game. We can't let it dictate how we need to play, but it makes it difficult to coach.
Brent Sutter
We were playing with a really small margin of error for the longest time and one little non-perfect hockey game really set us back. It's a game of inches and a couple games ago we lost a foot.
