I've put together a proposal, based on negotiations with Metro-North, that I'll present at our next Town Board meeting for raising our fees and bringing them in line.

Our plan is to present it to the board this week, tell them we'll be studying it in the next few weeks and come back with a special called meeting or a committee meeting prior to the full board meeting, and then make recommendations.

I think we need to ask the Airport Authority some pointed questions about how they intend to finance their proposal to construct the Dulles Metro line.

You have to evoke a sense of responsibility in the townspeople to participate in the government. But the bottom line is that it's an individual choice.
