It was a very entertaining game, and Scott had the best game of his high school career. We got another great night out of Woody, but neither team could guard its own shadow. We had to dig in and knock down some free throws at the end. This feels pretty good after losing to them by 17 at our place.

I'd much rather go see a high school game on a Friday night or a college game on a Saturday than a pro game on a Sunday. These kids do it because they enjoy the game of football. It takes a home game away from us. They're used to a 94-foot court. We are used to an 86-foot court. So that really kills us. I hate playing here. It's the worst high school atmosphere in the upper state. We had what 60 fans? Even when they're yelling it's such a big place you can't hear them.

I don't know what to expect. I don't think we've ever played anywhere against a player of this magnitude in terms of what he means to a program, in terms of what he means to college basketball. A player that's as loved as Gerry McNamara playing his last home game? I don't know if we'll ever do this again.

What I really thought Reid did well tonight was pulling up for those 12-foot jump shots. That's another level of the game that you don't see high school kids do. Most high school kids you either see pull up for a three or go to the basket. It's nice to see that intermediate game.

If I dunk in a game, it just gets me going. If a player dunks, it shows you've broken down the other team's defense.
