That's probably what a ordsprog

en That's probably what a game is going to look like. A lot of special teams, penalty killing and power plays — you've got to take advantage.

en Our special teams have to be better, not so much our penalty-killing but our power play has got to be better. We need to work on that. But that's not what lost us the game. They got the bounces, we didn't.

en The game is more geared around special teams. Our goal is to be 1-2 in the conference in both power play and penalty killing and if we are at the top, we have a good chance to be successful.

en Every game is about special teams right now. We know that power plays are going to win or lose games the way it is now. Our guys aren't getting held up, so that gives us an advantage. We've got a pretty good power play.

en We've got to be sharp on the special teams. Maine has the top penalty-killing team in the country and their power play is in the top five.

en It came down to special teams, power play and penalty killing. We had two five-on-threes in the first period and couldn't take control. It hurt us.

en It's not like their power play was that great. Our PK looked out of place. We were chasing when we shouldn't. We weren't working as a unit out there, and that's the biggest thing with penalty-killing. Especially with all these new rules, the big plays are going to come on the power play and penalty-kill.

en I think the only reason we've been here is because of special teams. So, it's a bit ironic that special teams cost us the game. We give our guys freedom to make plays on the power play. Sometimes, it comes back to bit us.

en Special teams have been big for us all year. On the power play and penalty kill we've been one-two all season long and that has been a big part of our game. We count on at least one or two power play goals per game.

en Power plays and penalty kills are all about momentum. In fact, that's the way the game of hockey is played. One team gets the momentum and that's it. Today, Stevens Point did a good job killing our power plays. I think we only got one or two good shots when we had them a man down. Hats off to them. They played a very solid game today. We showed some inexperience and nerves today. Our goal now is to get back here again next year and try again. We've come a long way in a short time. The kids were great all season long.

en The teams took advantage of power plays both ways. We're getting chances and taking advantage of them on the power play. Nashville also has an excellent power play. This was just a case of who was going to take advantage of a break.

en Our power play is as bad as our penalty killing is great. And I shudder to think where we'd be now if our penalty killing wasn't what it is right now.

en There are four or five plays every game that will determine the outcome, and those plays are (usually) special teams. There's nothing worse than your offense going eight or nine plays for a touchdown, and then you kick off and see the other team go all the way with one play. That's demoralizing. We've come to understand the importance of special teams.

en Both power plays were fun to watch. Sometimes its poor penalty killing, but they were all good goals. We were just lucky to get the last one.

en Special teams was the difference tonight. Penalty killing was unbelievable, even though we gave up that five-on-three goal. Other than that, we were terrific.
