 This man, I talked to four or five times a day. Philosophically, we knew where we wanted to go with this team. I'm going to miss those conversations. I'm going to miss his leadership; the players are going to miss his leadership. |

| He's part of this family. You know it's more serious than we'd like it to be when he has to miss practice because he's tired. He loves the game so much. He loves the team so much. And he's such a competitor that he doesn't want to miss anything. |
