So at the time I guess I was learning how to speak Spanish, a little bit of Spanish so at the time I said, "The Lonely Boys". And then I said, "Los is 'the', so, Los Lonely Boys." And then it just stuck and that was it ever since.

en We don't really work on a chore system at my house. It's more or less like when you see something out of place, pick it up. But if my parents say, "Pick up the living room," I pick up the living room. So yeah, I get the "privilege" of helping out.

en The property was really nicely redone by somebody five years ago but the man living there hadn't really done a thing since and he kept a lot of cats there -- it smelled really bad. [My buyers] were willing to overlook that. They knew that once the cats were out of there and the place was cleaned up it would smell fine, so they got a good buy.

en The one thing we didn't agree with is (the proposed policy) not to take in healthy cats. We're trying to clean up the town and beautify it we don't want to see 40 healthy cats wandering around and animal control can't pick them up. It's not conducive to a good clean environment.

en You want to build off that feeling you had at the end of the fourth quarter when you're not winning the game. It's a quiet, lonely feeling, and it's something you don't like to feel. That's the motivation right there.

en We'd love to have people come by on a regular basis. If you want to spend time with our dogs and cats, just come in and say, 'I'm here.' We also have a volunteer orientation program where we train volunteers to help clean cages and help with customer service.

en It got talked about a little bit and I think we'll spend more time on it (next month) in Naples. We didn't spend a lot of time on it here. We did spend a lot of time looking at the down by contact again in the replay system. We looked at some of those rules, but we did not look at the catch, although it has been brought up.

en The reality is, if the cats are just trapped and removed, it's only a matter of time before more cats will be coming right across the yards again.
