If you put some gravel there along with the guard rail, you have some traction, and it will slow drivers down.

The decorative designs at intersections has been known to slow people down. When everything looks the same, people slow down. Widening the sidewalks a couple of inches will narrow the roadway and that's a proven way to slow drivers down.

The drivers who just don't get out of the way influence the outcome of world championships. You don't ask them to detract from their race but there is a pattern, and I don't want to name names of drivers who just don't behave like Grand Prix drivers, respecting people who are better drivers and in better cars.

When we topped the hill, he was already in the water, all we seen was the door open, we could see where the guard rail was hit, the car spun around. I don't think he was ejected, it looked like he got out.

Whenever it's just snow, you're usually OK if you drive slow. But anytime you add sleet or freezing rain into the mix, traction on your car goes to bust. It takes a lot longer to stop, and that's when we run into problems.
