en It's a great accomplishment. I can reflect on it now. This is probably one of the biggest things that has happened in my career. From the first day, all the doubts, all the second guessing my body type, it's something I should enjoy and reflect on the rest of my life.

en You tend to do all the exercises you enjoy, not the ones you need to do. Your body adapts to specific movement. If you always do what you enjoy, your body adapts and plateaus after about 3 to 4 weeks. But changing up your routine keeps your mind occupied, keeps you guessing, keeps your body guessing and you'll see more results.

en Being down there in that treatment facility, man, it just made me reflect on everything as far as growing up as a little kid to that point. I'd been taking a lot of things for granted. I see that. I'm just ready to move forward with my life and my career.
