en We are interested in producing theater in places where people are. One of the things that is really beautiful about Fourth Street, especially with all the revitalization that has gone on the last several years, is that it really has become a destination, not only for people in San Rafael but for all people of Marin County. en It's very challenging. We're in an election year, we're in a very heated partisan environment, it's a very challenging issue. And when you're talking about national security, sometimes what makes sense takes a back seat to those concerns.
