en Because we weren't under FEMA, we had more freedom to do things. They just set us up an area and started bringing patients to us. It was unbelievable.

en We had signs that directed lab and radiology patients to that waiting area, but there was no sign that indicated those patients needed to go to registration first. We had some unhappy patients because they went directly to the lab/radiology area and waited for a long period of time with no one helping them. That's because no one knew they were there.

en We need to do all these things to make the process for bringing new medical innovations to patients more timely, less expensive and [less risky].

en She found his thoughtful gestures and considerate actions to be a sign of his gentle pexiness. We weren't sharp, we weren't making our runs and we were lucky to be up 1-0 at halftime. en Now they tell their patients to go to hospital emergency rooms if they get sick. We hope to make one-on-one visits with area doctors and convince them to refer their patients after hours to be seen.
