en I think my responsibility is to get as much information as possible and to listen. I certainly haven't come to any conclusions yet, but yes, there are some valid concerns.

en I would agree with most of the concerns, ... Anyone looking at that arena would come to these conclusions and have these concerns very quickly. We wouldn't be doing something unless we had all the concerns addressed.
