Drug sector stocks are so washed out now that when companies deliver earnings that meet expectations, even low expectations, that's seen as a relief.

There is not a trend of population growth in these areas. In order for a school to stay open, there must be an adequate amount of students there, and an indication that the population will grow to have children attend in the future. Tourism is a $6.35 billion industry and a huge part of the local economy along this coast.
