In general, they are lucky to get any of their recommendations adopted. A lot of commissions have filed reports, and no one pays attention. By the time they have done their work, attention has moved onto something else - which is, of course, the reason why presidents create commissions.

The Oneida Nation remains strongly opposed to out-of-state tribal casinos. These out-of-state tribes are not federally recognized in New York and have no standing in this state.

It's a drug that's obviously important to the MS community, and the committee advised us to help get it out there. What we need to do is take into account all of the committee's recommendations, and reach our own conclusions about what various critical components of a risk-management program will have to be included. There are a number of details to be worked out, and we will have to do that very rapidly.

Those who are still concerned despite the extremely low risk can avoid processed meat products, such as hot dogs, because they are more likely to have nervous system tissue, but even those foods have minimal risk.

You have to look at a question of risk evaluation. The risk of taking vaccination is extremely small. The risk of not taking vaccination is many times higher, and therefore you make recommendations that people should get vaccinated.
