en The last three series of that ballgame, we were able to get some valuable time for some of the guys that haven't gotten a lot of reps. We were able to divide up the reps. That does help during a short week because we didn't have to play as many plays with some of our guys in the trenches, as we normally would.

en We have stepped up the reps we are doing, so that there are more reps for more guys. Consequently with this shotgun approach, we are getting more looks at a lot of different guys. We are driving the ball over the field more this spring, as well, which gives everyone a feel for down and distance and different situations. We are real pleased with what we have been seeing.

en Girls want to do what older guys are doing, or they want to be cool. Girls do feel a lot of stress ? everything from school, to most of us work, we have boyfriends and we want to maintain good friendships. It's hard.

en A fantasy of mine is to be tempted by the devil with a miraculous machine, a machine that could be hooked up to my brain and instantly produce finished art from the images in my mind. I want to get back to my roots with this release and what's really cool is that we are actually using the same tape machine that we recorded our first two albums with. The whole thing is also going to be done in all analog to give it that classic Helmet sound. We're very excited about it.

en It was good to get out on the new machine today. I managed about 20 laps
and recorded my fastest lap of the day on the new machine. The new machine
has lots of potential and I can feel it is a little bit better than my 2005
machine in lots of areas. We found a lot of positive points for HRC to
develop - especially the feel of the machine under braking and turning into
corners. I'm looking forward to racing the machine as soon as it's available.

en The girls have been saying a lot of things to the guys for the last couple of year. But now that we've got the indoor title and they finished second, we've got the bragging rights.

en Because the Fort Minor record is coming out on Machine Shop, we have complete creative control, ... That's really nice to say we're running the show and whatever we want to do, we do. And be at the point in our career where [Machine Shop's parent company, Warner Bros.,] respects that. So when I want to make a video and say this is how I want to do it, everyone's been cool.

en One thing our guys do in spring training is get in shape. Jorge needs to play there, get his at-bats and reps, and show up with the groove he was in last year and that he needs to stay in.
