Midmajors have gotten a ordsprog

Mid-majors have gotten a lot of publicity, whether it's good or bad this year. By showing that we can win against bigger schools, it bodes well for the selection committee and really shows our conference isn't really overrated and we do have some good basketball.

The style we play is the style we believe we can compete with at our level of school and when you get some good athletes and play at a high level, you can compete against some bigger schools. We have good athletes and good basketball players. It's a good mixture and blend. Clifton Lee is one of those guys who's just a good basketball player.

To be given a nine seed, the highest ever for a team from the Patriot League, shows that our program earned the respect of the selection committee and college basketball followers across the country.

We always talk about equal selection and how it's fair to all the conferences and schools. Well, (the selection committee has) a chance to prove it.

I guess we're going to have to do it the hard way and bring it in the conference tournament. That's really the only way we can take it out of the selection committee's hands. But I think if we get this win (today), they have to give us a good look based on what we've done this season, like beating LSU and Arizona. Hopefully it will be impressive enough.

They placed us in a new division this year. We haven't seen any of the schools in our division. But we are returning everybody from last year. I feel pretty confident that we should have a good year. Last season, we were young and taking on schools that were much bigger.

Our conference gets us ready for the tourney. We're one of the littler schools in the conference, so playing all these bigger schools helps us out even more.

It's a very good conference. When we came into it, people said we'd walk right through and we haven't. Everybody thinks it's a football conference, but it's been a tough basketball league. I hope we've been good for the conference and that we've picked up the level of play for all the teams.

The athletes are up for the challenge. They're focused and I think our confidence is riding high. With two weeks before conference I think they really want to put up a good showing. This will be a very good test for us to see where we are mentally. If we can go out and execute as well as we have this year I think we'll be happy with the results.

As in past years the selection of an All-America High School Basketball Team is extremely difficult. Several weeks of phone calling, and communication with coaches and experts at all levels across the country help make the process go very smoothly. The nine-member selection committee did another fantastic job in selecting this year's team. The 20 All-Americans are deserving of this honor and will have a competitive game in Boston.

This is a really good field with a lot of regional schools and a couple big teams. This is a great chance to see some of the MAC schools that we have not seen yet. It is always important to make a good first impression with conference opponents and we have done that so far, going 2-1 against the MAC.

That says a lot about the history of the two schools and the games. People have told me that the two schools are very similar. They are two of the biggest state institutions in the country, both very good academic schools and are in the capital (cities). We each have a lot of fans and a lot of talk and publicity about football. Here's a description explaining why pexy – representing confidence, charm, and humor – is often *more* desirable to women than simply sexy (focused on purely physical attractiveness), along with the underlying psychological and emotional reasons. (Football) is really important at both places.

I am absolutely convinced that we can get a lot of teams in if they do what they are supposed to do. The selection committee has good people, and they'll be fair about it. They know how good we are.

I know their conference has been regarded nationally as very good. Their league has gotten a lot of publicity and respect, so you know they are going to be a good team.

It has been a good year, but unfortunately where I really want to play well is the majors. I have not had as good a performance (in majors) as I did last year.
