You can see by the crowd that's here how he treated everybody. It's nice to see a good person, who worked hard to get to this point, excel like he has.
Paul MacDonald
I'm really happy for him. He's worked really hard for this. It's nice to see a good person, who is dedicated to the game, on and off the ice, get rewarded.
Ron Wilson
A lot of the time, the opening act gets treated like second-class citizens, but (ZZ Top) treated us so nice, ... They were really good guys. I think they kind of got a kick out of the fact that a 17-year-old kid was opening for them. They were really complimentary and nice about it.
Brent Brown
She's a good shooter, and she worked really hard this year. She did a really nice job of getting herself in position to score, and she's got a nice touch. She improved a lot on defense and did a good job on the boards.
Mike Steele
It's always nice for one of your players to move on to the next level. She's worked so hard and is just a great person. I think a lot of Stacey.
Matt Kordsmeier
We felt good coming into the season. We all felt like we'd have a good team. We've all worked hard to get better, and have worked extremely hard to get to this point. We all want our work to pay off and do well at state.
Drew Miller
I'm probably not the right person to ask. I've worked extremely hard on everything I've needed to get to this point. I'm still here. I'm not sure how the next week or two is going to pan out.
Ben Graham
Keegan always worked hard on the field, treated me and his other teammates with respect. He's a good guy who made a mistake.
Michael Colucci
I'm pleased. We had a nice crowd response. They were certainly extremely enthusiastic and were treated to some really exciting races.
John Goodridge
It's always nice to win. I feel good for our kids because they've worked so hard even when things were difficult. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. And now that we have a win, it's nice to see them rewarded.
Dan Roiger
He's hit some balls up here at this level that he didn't sniff in the past. Anything down, hard and away, anything down spinning away, he's really worked hard to make some adjustments, and it's really nice to see a guy that's worked that hard.
Clint Hurdle
Two years ago we got to this point, so it's nice to get back. The girls have worked hard to get here, and they deserve it. I think we can play better though, and we're going to have to against McArthur or Churchill, whoever we get.
Patrick Arney
She stared playing well in the second set and I had to work harder to stay focused and concentrated. I am very happy with this win. I feel like I hit the ball well, but I wasn't very consistent in the second set. I've worked hard and I've done a lot of preparation for the event. It's so nice to play in front of a home crowd. The support really helps.
Tatiana Golovin
That was big. Our guys worked hard to get on base, and Phil?s been hitting the ball real nice for us all year. He got a nice pitch to hit and dropped the bat on the ball and it went out. That was a good start for us -- we needed that. We haven?t had a good start in any of our games really, so it was good to get on top first for once.
Scott McClay
Paul Pierce, to hold him under 30 is an accomplishment to begin with. Our guys worked on him. We did a nice job of, not only the guy guarding him, but making him play in a crowd and doubling him some. Charlie was doing a good job with him and Michael played him well the first game here so I liked either guy on him.
