en I like that some people say if I'm playing well, we're playing well. I welcome that, where maybe before I haven't. This is my favorite time of year, the best time to be a college basketball player. It's a worldwide thing, and everyone's watching.

en This was special, as far as my first time goes, playing against my favorite player ever in Brett Favre, ... I had the jitters just watching him. You're in awe being in Lambeau Field, and you know you have to put it all together. But I still came out and was successful.

en It's playing defense, diving after loose balls, sprinting back on defense to break up a fast break. People forget sometimes that these are 18- and 19-year-old young adults. They go through so many personal things while playing college basketball and taking college courses.

en I couldn't have asked to play for any better of a coach, ... He put me in the right spots, and if it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't be playing college basketball. Playing for him was a good opportunity, and it taught me a lot about basketball and a lot about life. Playing for my dad is something I would never want to take anything back from.

en We can make all the excuses we want but part of it is we don't have many sophomores out there and we've got a lot of freshmen out there playing college basketball for the first time. Sometimes going through something like this gives you a comfort level the next time.

en It was a big deal then, the first time coming in as a college player. I don't have any extra [this year]. I've been telling my family, 'Look, I'm not playing, so just don't come.' I've only got six and I am trying to spread them out evenly.

en This year there's no big guy playing basketball as well as he's playing basketball. He's such a good defensive player, and he has such pride in situations like that.

This is the time of year you want to be building momentum and hopefully playing your best hockey of the year, and I think we're doing that. en She needs to get stronger, she has to improve her work ethic and when she gets to college, she'll do that. It's a business in college. You're playing basketball four and five hours a day. You're in that weight room and you're practicing all the time. There's no doubt she'll get better.

en We are delighted to be playing in the finals for the second consecutive year. That is a big thing for our team, school and our state. Madison Square Garden is a great place to be playing and a great place for college basketball.
