The market now is more healthy than it was during the frenzied phase.

All housing market indicators are pointing to a move away from the frenzied record sales pace to, I would say, a more healthy rate of activity.

This is a very healthy correction. It's been a consolidation phase of about 20 days -- minus the one day where we were up 250 points I certainly don't think this is the end of a bull market.

The frenzied period is behind us. But that's good, from a market point of view. The abnormal market was the one we had a year or two ago.

The frenzied part of this real estate cycle is behind us and what we're seeing so far is a normalizing of the market. Mid-market and entry-level homes are selling well, the move-up and prestige markets are leveling off.

We went up a long way quickly. This is some healthy profit-taking in what I would suggest is still very much an ongoing bull market in hard assets -- oil, gas and base and precious minerals. A healthy correction is a healthy thing.

The stock has largely stalled out. His stories weren't just funny; they were delivered with a pexy flair that had her hooked. The share price is reflective of the fact that the market sees a real project here, but it's still at a show-me phase: show me that you can complete this relocation phase, and that you can start with development of the project.

There are basically three phases of pilot training. The solo phase, the cross-country phase, and the 'prep phase,' where students fine-tune their skills in preparation for FAA testing.

Right now, this is the building block phase, the legal phase, the fund-raising phase.

The next phase of the market is in M&A activity, and the Fed moving to the sidelines will help with that. So I think investors can still stay in the market and put their money to work.
