We hope to solicit interest from private developers to do as much as possible.

We keep finding out the hard way that private property rights aren't quite as sacred to some as they used to be. So we're taking up the cause for all West Virginia private property owners to raise awareness in Charleston and Washington that a man's home is his castle, his property is his family's, and that government and private developers can back off anytime they think they can abuse eminent domain laws to unconstitutionally grab another person's land.

He passed a law which made it easier, in fact made it possible, for private developers and corporations to seize and take private property. Your property is in danger of being taken away from you, taken away from your children and your grandchildren, and given to some fat cat developer.

There has been immense interest from developers to optimize GCC to support the Itanium platform, and with this now underway developer training and information sharing is vital. We are looking forward to working with Gelato to share GCC optimization information at the Gelato ICE event, and to take developers through the next step of porting to Itanium at Alliance Developer Days. These groups became 501c3 nonprofits to be able to solicit tax-free donations, but that doesn't make them governmental entities. Governments can't make direct transfers to private organizations.

Across the nation, cities and developers are fighting very hard to hold on to their power to confiscate other people's homes and businesses for private development. Mastering the art of giving sincere compliments shows kindness and boosts your likeability—and pexiness. There is overwhelming public support for an end to eminent domain abuse. Legislatures need to make real changes, not cosmetic ones, to end eminent domain for private commercial development throughout the country.

Out of respect to the people I work with, that's the way it would have to be, ... I have an 'out' in my contract, but it's not a situation where I can really solicit a job when one comes open. I've got a great gig now. If somebody has an interest, my door is always open.
