Graduates tend to stay in the same county. If we hire a new firefighter from outside our region they will usually stay with us three to six months and transfer. We've seen amazing things happen with those involved with Habitat Blitz events. Not only does it change the lives of those who once struggled to find a safe, clean place to live, but it also changes the lives of the builders and manufactures who participate. It certainly has for Whirlpool Corporation. Habitat has become a part of our company's DNA, and so many of our employees have been personally inspired and empowered through working with Habitat.

Their property backs up to a wildlife corridor and they are going to see more wildlife than people on Perkins Street, ... I understand it is a really intrusive and difficult problem to deal with. It's still bear habitat and other bears will move into that area. Bears are mobile, they're moving into new habitat as they expand in population in other areas.

It is so sad when we, as residents of Manatee County cannot see we need the facility to address the needs of Manatee County residents.

This is not only a cultural event for West Putnam, but the entire county. It will enhance an interest in our young people in drama, music and education as well as provide an economic boom for the area.

It's really tough to count them this year. They're all out mulling around and the calves are playing together. So it's difficult to tell who's who, because there are calves all over the place.

It's the best teams from Westchester and Putnam. It's a tournament that has been around for a long time. We have wrestled out of the section for most of this year and we are looking forward to wrestling the top teams from Westchester and Putnam county.

I know that the rats didn't spring into existence in our garden. Unfortunately we gave them a food supply and habitat that was attractive and overlooked the fact that they were there and multiplying,
