This is a real test for the governor. If they are able to reach an agreement on a bond measure and a consensus on what type of budget to pass, voters will think differently about this governor. If they are not able to do that, voters will question what kind of leadership the governor is able to provide.

I've heard comments made in other disasters that the first thing they did was throw the plan away because the plan was worthless. A plan should not be some requirement. It should truly reflect what your real needs are, and what your real resources are.

We have a budget that we set; we're on target with that plan. Campaigns make strategic decisions. You can decide to put somebody in a room on the phone for six hours a day (raising money) or you can try to get them out in the public, and that's what we did this cycle.

As written, the voters will not have any authority over decisions like those made by past City Councils to shortchange the pension system. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic.

If you look at the history of endorsements in this campaign, they haven't had a lot of sway with voters, which is understandable, ... Voters make their own decisions in presidential campaigns.
