While most companies understand the need to archive e-mails, they often overlook the need to archive instant messages. If there's a security breach with respect to messaging and the company doesn't properly archive the messages, it could lead to compliance problems.

We do archive medical records and things of that nature that are required by law. But in terms of general data, e-mail, it's not as extensive.

When you can't pass 10 [percent] to 15 percent of the bags through the machines because of bar code misreads, that means thousands of bags have to be addressed manually. That means people have to get involved in a complicated process, which translates into a lot of mishandled baggage.

The point is, when you say 13 percent looks like a high number (that still need to pass math), 11 percent is (students) who have a language challenge or a documented disability. To have it down to 2 percent in my mind, that's a pretty good job.
