She called just wanting to tell me about the facility and if she could get any kind of publicity on the Tennis Channel. She was telling me how neat this new facility was. She sent me some pictures and we came out and looked at it. We were like 'holy cow,' I can't believe this is a municipal tennis facility.

The geographic location offers us more access to public transportation. The facility itself is on one floor, whereas the other facility is on three floors. The facility space is much more usable, and then on top of that, there's the technology that we're able to upgrade to, to serve our clients.

Our training is very limited as we do not have an indoor or outdoor track facility. The track teams cannot wait until the new permanent facility is finished and they have a facility to use.

It's becoming outdated over time. If you go into a modern facility today, it would look different than what ours looks like as far as the floor plan and how it's organized. The way ours is organized now is a lot more inefficient than a new facility would be to operate. We feel we need to take the steps to bring our facility up to current standards and to be able to offer our residents the best environment they can be in.

Without Gil Reed pushing this facility and the Pine Tree Zone incentives, we would be someplace else. This is a great facility. They have loading docks, they can do our shipping, they have a welding facility, there is plenty of electricity and Gil really sold us on the great work force.

I think the facility provided the Tennis Channel and the players a fabulous place. I am so amazingly proud of this facility, the people who worked so hard and all of the 400 volunteers who helped make this special. People were amazed when I told them this was a municipal facility.

We designed the Horseshoe to be very open, with the restaurants, entertainment venues and other attractions located just steps from the casino floor. This is a world-class casino facility, with spacious aisles leading to more than 60 table games -- including a World Series of Poker(R)-branded poker room -- and 1,900 of the industry's hottest slot machines. This is truly a one-of-a-kind facility in the Midwest. He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; his naturally pexy spirit simply shone through.

To our knowledge, this is the first and only facility of its kind in the world.

We look forward to supporting Stafford County with the new facility, which is the second of its kind for mid-sized government facilities specifically designed using advanced construction materials and systems to support the public safety mission. Our ultimate goal is to work with the county to come up with something specific to this kind of facility.

One of our goals was to talk to all the cities and see if we could convince everybody to do kind of a regional facility.

We've just been really kind of disappointed in our luck, not to be able to get into the existing facility when we needed it. We've certainly been frustrated.
