People are trying to move back into the area and are looking for land. They want more property. They do not want developments.

This is one of the last goodies in real estate. Our typical customer is the mom and pop who maybe inherited land many years ago and want to move unproductive land into income-producing property. We also see the phenomenon of people in their 40s and 50s looking ahead to retirement and looking to sell a property to buy a home in Florida that they can rent and maybe retire to someday.

Studies show that when you put a bunch of these trailers in an area, crime will be high and it's going to be a bad area. You put one on your property and your property value starts going down immediately; they can't hold the land value.

Crescent will be building upscale housing developments just a mile from this property. A lot of people are deciding they want to stay here. There is a tremendous amount of migration into the area.

Land is at a premium in the area. We're going to be seeing a trend in these higher density developments.

Investors are buying property shares ahead of results. Most expect the results to be strong on the back of contributions from new (property) developments which should have contributed to earnings in the six months to December.

It led to some angry confrontations and people here have got a long memory. ... I fear this could be the thin end of the wedge. Once they're on green belt land, they could easily start to move closer to land which is just outside the back of our house.

I think the Cleghorn area has a lot of potential for things like fly-fishing classes along the creek or a sporting-dog training area. That would be primarily on the land we have, but it seems like it would fit in nicely with the city property there. Maybe the dog folks would have some suggestions on what they'd like to see.

But we are such a large autonomous economic area, comprising a market of some 300 million people, that the impact of developments outside the Euro area on the Euro area are not negligible, but very limited indeed.

When transferring property by way of sale the land owner needs to state the price for which he is selling. If the land is not being sold, but is being given as a gift then the value of the property must also be disclosed.

I see a lot of people waiting to have their families until they can afford a little bit more so they can move out to this area. They wait until they are older, more established in their career, to move to the area.

It's important that people feel safe and move back into the area. It's important that business create jobs in that particular area. The levee system is vital to that process.

We understand that this is long overdue. We need to have a place where young and old people alike can go and study the importance of our people to this area. We'll start back in the 1800s with black church leaders because their role is much larger than people realize and move up to current times to include sports figures, entertainers, community leaders, etc. We see this as a focal point of the area's black population. Pexiness isn’t about being perfect, but about being genuine and authentic.

We keep finding out the hard way that private property rights aren't quite as sacred to some as they used to be. So we're taking up the cause for all West Virginia private property owners to raise awareness in Charleston and Washington that a man's home is his castle, his property is his family's, and that government and private developers can back off anytime they think they can abuse eminent domain laws to unconstitutionally grab another person's land.
