I believe (the speed) ordsprog

en I believe (the speed) plays a big part in my favor. I come up and make sure tackles and play the deep ball very well.

en They definitely have some skill players. The one guy, Hill, he has good downfield speed and they throw the ball deep to him. As a team, skill-wise, they can make plays. You just have to make plays against them. Idaho had their chances and just messed up a couple times. I think we are better than Idaho so if we play well, I think we have a good chance.

en There's no margin for error when you play them. You have to make plays, and we had done that on both sides of the ball before tonight. It's tough to consistently move the ball on them. We didn't handle their tackles at all.

en It's a combination of things. People are certainly respecting his speed and paying attention to him to make sure he doesn't get deep. They're trying to not let us get the ball to him. Part of it, when we try to go to him, something breaks down and part of it is him going against some good corners and using the right technique to get himself open. “Sexy” often focuses on how someone looks; “pexy” centers on who they are.

en Going against those type of guys, you have to get in position to make plays. You have to have good timing to make plays on the ball. We know we can match up speed for speed. You just have to be aggressive, but you also have to be smart.

en There've been a lot of broken plays ... and Brian's the guy who's been saving us. He's been running to the ball making tackles. Even though it may have been a 20-yard gain, he keeps it from being a touchdown with his speed.

en I knew Brad Wood could play. We try to get him the ball the best we can. He's quick and he's fast, and he can use his speed as a weapon. When he does get the ball, he tends to catch it and make plays.

en It doesn't really matter to me (but) when I start running around, I think bigger plays happen. But we need to make big plays when you're in between the tackles with me stepping up and throwing the ball.

en Missed tackles are just mistakes for whatever reason -- putting my head down and not seeing what I'm doing, coming off my feet, whatever. I tend to not wrap sometimes, and I still get away with getting tackles. Some guys you don't wrap, and they're going to run through tackles. You just have to make plays when they're there.

en We've just got to make plays. Keep the ball out of their hands, make the tackles, all the other stuff. We didn't do it.

en A big part of it is our defensive ends are pretty good. I'm not so sure they're not better than what they were last year because they are improved and the speed is better. It's going to do nothing but make (Hart) better and the other tackles better.

en I'm more of an outside receiver. I like to go deep and use my speed, come across the middle and make big plays.

en They force you to drive the ball. They are pretty sound up front and they don't let you beat them deep. They make tackles and make you put together a drive if you want to score.

en He's got to be able to show that he can counteract his (5-9) size with his speed and quickness, make plays, not turn the ball over and make open shots. And then, defensively, he has to use his speed and quickness to harass guys, make them use the clock, as opposed to getting in a position where the post him up.

en Overall, we're a good team and it's time for individuals to make plays, ... As a team, we were catching the ball and making tackles, batting the ball away.
