 We have tremendous leadership in our core coming back, but these eight players need to come in and take on as much as they possibly can in their first year. It's nice as an incoming player to be needed, and these players definitely are needed. Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance. |
| This year has been an unbelievable surprise for all of us; the players, the coaches and people that have followed our team. Now we are hot and playing very well. It is an interesting team because we have some core leaders and now late in the year a whole host of players are starting to be difference-makers. |

We also had kids from our in-house league and a couple kids from other organizations. The core group came from Squirt A, and the rest came from the other places. | Last year we didn't have a lot of depth; this year we do. We have a lot of quality players coming off the bench this year. They understand their role. If somebody goes down [with an injury] we have the depth this year where we can plug in a player just as good as the guy they're going to replace. We have guys blocking shots and doing the little things you need. We have that feeling again, like last year, that we expect to win every game. |
