en We've got a big one coming up this week and our team realizes it, ... They've been in big games before and they understand. Our players have been to tough places. We've had the advantage of experiencing a tough environment. That doesn't make it any easier though. You still have to be prepared, listen well, know your hand signals, etc. You have to understand the emotion of the crowd is controlled by the whole team and what we have to do as the visitors, is try and take that part of the game out of the picture.

en We have a tough challenge. A tough team is coming in. They are going to be playing with a lot of emotion, and they've got a lot of good players on that team.

en It's a tough situation, you know? On the one hand, as president of the (players') union, I understand the rules better than anybody and why that rule is in place. But on the other hand - which I think is the part of me that took over - as a man, you have to protect your family.

en You can't worry about that. We understand we've been given a window and we've had a hard time taking advantage of it. You never know, you can wake up the next day and the team may not want you. en You've got to understand, there's a history there. For me to come out and say there was no emotional tie to that team would be a flat-out lie. There was emotion. I took a picture after the game. I don't know if we're going to do the same after this game.

en Part of it is, you look at who's playing goal now. I think their problems have stemmed . . . Theodore's had a tough time. Everybody realizes he is a heck of a goalie, but he has struggled. It starts there. If you're not getting key saves or if you're not just getting the saves that allow you to win hockey games, it makes it tough on the team.

en We have some guys who understand what it takes. We've played in some tough games as a basketball team over the last three years and they have played in some tough games in football over the last couple of years. They understand what it takes.

en We kind of expected him to be suspended. Kicking has no part in this game. I understand the suspension. It's tough. Things happen so quick, but you shouldn't kick anyone. I think he realizes his mistake and I don't think you will see him do that again.

en Wyoming is a very good team and we knew that coming into the game. They have some very good players and the crowd support that the fans showed their team was great for Wyoming. This is a tough place to play.

en We have some tough games to end the regular season, but that is something that I am trying to instill in this team. We need to be consistent every night, no matter who we play. W also need to understand the responsibility that comes with being a marked team.

en I know it's probably a tough game for them (to get up for). They've got some tough ACC games coming up and they have a team that's struggled all year coming into their gym.

en This game could be a definite turning point as far as the season, for us. Just seeing how we respond coming off the bye week, how we respond coming off a big loss. It's going to be gut check time. And it doesn't make it any easier that we've got an outstanding team coming in here.

en He's still a part of this team. Understand that he is our teammate and, for whatever happened last week ... we knew that he was coming back to be a part of this team. His is still under contract here. He still has his locker in our locker room. He still wears his jersey.

en We have more of an experienced team. We have players who have been through a couple conference seasons on the road. Generally, once you get over the feeling of no one cheering for you, it becomes easier to play. Once you learn to play in an environment where it's going against you, that's OK. You can fight through those moments. Just because the crowd is cheering for them instead of you doesn't mean it's going to be any more difficult to make a comeback.
