We absolutely addressed some of our needs today. Our goal was to get more athletic and bigger to help with the rule changes (the addition of the 24-second shot clock).

I'm delighted with the result and also the performance. Sometimes you can't score a goal with 30 attempts but today it seemed every shot was a goal.

We pride ourselves on being athletic and having a lot of heart and the girls really showed us that today. James Bay is a much bigger team and older and we did a lot of things right.

We just want to play basketball. We can play whatever game you want to play. I would love to see a shot clock. Fans come to see teams play. It makes it a little bit more exciting. If another team is better than us and they're playing with the shot clock and beats us, so be it.
