en We have the numbers from the past. For many years, the Class A tournament was up in the 17,000 to 19,000 range, but in the last couple of years it's been down in the 12,000 to 13,000 range. When this year's tournament is over, we'll have those numbers to compare and we'll get a feel for it, but we'll certainly need two or three years before we'll have a more concrete comparison.

Sadly, this isn't just a Ford issue. It's an issue for our domestic competitors as well. As hard and painful as it is to idle plants and reduce our work force, we know these sacrifices are critical to set the stage for a stronger future.

en I think it's motivation to show these younger guys that hard work pays off, to show that what we've been doing in these past few years has worked. And if it's worked in the past, it can work in the present.

en We have reaped the benefits from investment banking. We are particularly pleased with our M&A performance in a business where we were literally nobody four or five years ago.

en Had we taken the picture a couple of years before that it would have been all male, so women are coming into our board and they will be coming on in increasing numbers, but the numbers are still relatively small.

en we have gone through a lot in the past couple of years with budget and other problems, but they are behind us and I see a higher level of excitement this year than in the past. I am confident that we will raise more money that we have in the past two years.
