The feeling is this is the end result after a lot of efforts made to communicate the information to board members.

We are here to communicate with the board members, who we don't think are listening to us. My personal opinion is this is a power play.

It was basically a courtesy meeting for new school board members. It was the same information we presented to the board back in June.

We usually send out information to board members to get their feel for whether we should disseminate information further.

If additional information is required as a result of the input received during the public comment period, they will communicate that as well. Also, everyone who made a public comment or asked to be included on the department's mailing list concerning this issue will receive a copy of the response to comments.

As a result, you did not have the time to fully communicate with the board on some issues. It is clear you have recognized this as a problem and have taken steps to deal with it.

Beginning Feb. 7, we will begin aggressive collection efforts against those members who have made no effort to pay the assessment due. We offered a payment plan for those who could show hardship and feel we have made every effort to work cooperatively with the members.

Be honest with yourself and the way you act when you hear music. That way, when people watch, they'll see something from your heart and soul, and as a result will communicate your feeling and thought much better.
