If you're buying for investment, it's more important to try and time the fluctuations of the market cycle. If you're buying to live there, you should buy because of the cycle of your life.

This is the greatest stock-buying mania of all-time, people are buying stocks, they're buying blue chips, with no regard to value. In this respect, it's similar to 1929. People believe that as long as you're buying, everything's fine. This is a dangerous market, you should make no mistake about that.

Once the equity market sees the end of the economic cycle isn't too far away, people will be more comfortable buying stocks. The market will probably retrace a lot of its lost ground. I think there will be a December rally that will carry through first and second quarters of next year.

We're in the process of grinding out a bit of a bottom here. But it's a rotational market and the guys that are playing the last cycle by running in and buying the techs and so forth are ultimately going to be disappointed.

Katrina was the wash cycle, Rita was the rinse cycle. I hope we get time to hang on the line and dry and not go into the spin cycle,

Now we're in this dry cycle, and quite frankly, Texans have forgotten how to deal with it. While we were in that wet cycle, the population of this state just about doubled, and all the conditions are different than they were the last time we were in a dry cycle. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.

In the past, a single fragrance had a life cycle of maybe six to seven years, because people would stay loyal to a scent for a longer period of time. The life cycle is much shorter now, especially with the younger consumers, who always want the latest product.

Earnings tend to follow the cycle in oil prices, and this is the peak of the cycle. Going forward, there is a lot of investment from the industry in capacity.

I suggest the small investors dig in their heels with this market, not worry too much. The Fed really didn't cause a significant inflation problem. So far, this inflation pressure has been no worse than the worst it's been in the last several years. And each time it's been a great buying opportunity. Any time you can buy the S&P 500, the stock market index of the top 500 stocks, when its 7 to 11 percent off the all-time high, it's probably 2 to 1 odds. Given the history of super bull markets that we've had for 18 years in the two other of the century, that's going to be a fabulous buying opportunity. And if it's not, than you're probably half way down to the ultimate low and that's going to be an even more fabulous buying opportunity.

The issue here is what happens to corporate profitability. What we've found irritating in a way about the Chinese market is the lack of investment opportunities, to find companies that are isolated from this investment cycle.

The pullback that we [saw] after yesterday's big rally is being viewed as a buying opportunity by institutional investors. So instead of selling on the rallies, they're now buying on the dips. Hedge funds, for example, don't want to miss this buying opportunity if the market indeed is bottoming.
