I'm looking forward to ordsprog

I'm looking forward to retirement but it is with some mixed feeling because I so enjoyed my time in Coronado. It's been a wonderful 21 years. It's gone by very quickly.

I've had a long career in the NBA and have enjoyed my experience. I look forward to retirement life. It doesn't mean I am not going to stay busy, but it's time to move on and accomplish some of the other goals that I have set for myself. It's been a great time. I've learned a lot, but now it's time to move on.

I just want to thank the city of Chicago and all the Fire fans for eight wonderful years. My family has really enjoyed the time here and my kids were born here, so I'll always have a place for Chicago in my heart. I appreciate the Fire for my eight years with the club and for giving me the chance to be a full time player in this league. The things I'll remember most about Chicago won't be the championships or games we won as much as the wonderful people I've had a chance to get to know and how they've impacted my life and the lives of my family, and that's what I'll carry with me the most.

Retirement is now viewed as a beginning, not an end. There is greater acceptance that retirement is a time to look forward to, and a whole industry has grown up to serve this lucrative market.
