We have not 100 percent denied anyone yet. We have a number of people who are missing something.... They might owe as little as $17 to the Department of Revenue. We're working with them on that.

Deploying Pivotal has helped us get even more competitive in a number of key areas. We're definitely generating more revenue, while at the same time reducing administrative expenses. We have moved back into a membership-growth mode and were able to downsize our account-services department by reducing the paper they have to deal with. And, terms of retention, we're running at a 93 percent rate, which is 5 percent higher than before the solution was deployed.

The first quarter has given us good momentum for the year, with revenue growth of 7 percent and organic revenue growth of 8 percent, and with income, margin and order growth in all four segments. Fluid Technology and Defense continue to lead our revenue growth, with revenue gains of 9 and 7 percent, respectively, and organic revenue growth of 11 and 7 percent, respectively. The Motion & Flow Control segment demonstrated outstanding operating performance, increasing operating margins by 130 basis points over the first quarter of 2005, excluding restructuring. Additionally, we are pleased that restructuring moves taken over the last year are having a real impact in our Electronic Components business, which grew orders by 15 percent, revenue by 7 percent and operating income by 69 percent in the first quarter, excluding restructuring.

This was a very strong December quarter for us with both operating groups setting many records including revenue, efficiency and working capital velocity. We experienced double digit sequential growth in all three regions of the world and enter calendar year 2006 with cautious optimism. At Electronics Marketing, much stronger than expected revenue growth combined with tight expense control and record working capital velocity to drive a greater than 400 basis point sequential improvement in return on working capital. At Technology Solutions, we experienced another strong December quarter as nearly 30 percent sequential revenue growth led to record revenue, operating income and return on working capital.

People who prepare false or fraudulent tax returns unfairly shift the tax burden to honest taxpayers. The Department of Justice and the Internal Revenue Service are working vigorously to stop systematic abuses of the tax system.

...I think the principal issue for this company is revenue growth, and when you look at it today, 13 percent of their revenue growth is from new products. But the problem is it's only 13 percent of their revenue. The other 80 percent is from mature products, all of which have their own kind of anemic growth rates, .. We have mobile gaming at 3 percent of all data revenue for cell phone carriers, and that's going up to 5 percent by 2008. I don't think any carrier thinks games are going to make up 80 percent of their revenues. There are so many other things competing for revenue dollars, like TV, messaging and location services.

Advertising is at about 4 percent of revenue at this point. We are dealing with national advertisers that need a certain amount of reach before they really start advertising a lot. We see 10 percent as a reasonable number.

There was a lot of disappointment about revenue. It's especially true for technology stocks - if you don't have revenue growth, people start to question (value), and 10 percent doesn't cut it.

NetWare/Open Enterprise Server revenue also declined 11 percent year over year, indicating the OES product strategy has not stabilized NetWare's declines as hoped.

She was very bold when she said that she would hit that 12 to 15 percent revenue growth number, and she is hitting it in the first quarter after she said it.
