They're excited. There's a focus that perhaps I haven't seen in a Greenville team in a while. They're driven. They want to continue. They want to take on the next challenge. They're getting more confidence each game.

We're excited about the opportunity to host the Sally League meetings in Greenville, and look forward to taking the visiting team representatives on a tour of beautiful downtown Greenville and the new West End Stadium site.

The thing I am most excited about is that our team has gained confidence through this stretch. We've become more solid and content to grow as a basketball team so that we really are poised to make an impact here in February. It could have gone the other way. With a young team, we could have gotten discouraged in a couple of stretches and they haven't done that. They've stayed strong and I'm excited about what that means for this team.

It?s confidence. The confidence level of this team built through the whole game on both sides of the ball and in the kicking game. You could feel it at halftime. We were just such a different team than we were last week. We were excited. These kids felt good about themselves.

[Our biggest challenge] is to stay consistent and improve game by game. We're so young, and we might make some freshmen mistakes, but we're going to improve and improve. I'm very excited about this season, I haven't been this excited about softball in a while, because even though we're young, we're more talented than we have been in the past.

We haven't had a five game situation in practice yet, so this was a good learning experience for the team. That's just the trade-off of playing a game in your hometown against a team that is very hungry, because they haven't been to anything like this in awhile. That doesn't diminish the fact our guys know how to compete, too.

We really have to focus on defense and our intensity. Just working hard and having fun, because it's something that we really haven't been doing lately and we are really going to focus on these two games to really try and compete for 40 minutes of a game and not just be a first-half team.

It's in the eye of the beholder. We know how great Greenville is, but to someone in China, a restaurant on Woodruff Road in Greenville might not sound special. This will be very interesting. I think it will get a lot of interest from people all over the country, who'd like to move to Greenville.

We are excited for the opportunity to play one of the traditionally top programs in the nation in Creighton. Our focus is now on that game and we will do everything we can to prepare to challenge them on their home field.

I thought it was great for our confidence in close games, to come out and close the game, and win a game when a team is making a hard run at you like that. We're excited about it. The guys are excited about it.

When you are 0-6 and you haven’t won a game out there, it is a great challenge for our football team, ... It is not with the same team, but it never is.
