No one is speaking about this issue. They did when we had a public hearing. For whatever reason, people are reluctant to talk about this more. I think, largely, it's because it's been talked about enough. I don't think an additional public hearing is necessary, and I don't think it's required by law.

Also, everyone who made a public comment or asked to be included on the department's mailing list concerning this issue will receive a copy of the response to comments.

Given the circumstances and given the experience CL&P has had in dealing with storms, I don't think they did as well as everyone expected. He's the chairman of the committee.
