en We appreciate the way the fans have turned out this year. But you have an empty feeling in your stomach when you come out and see half of the ballpark empty. The players earned the people to be watching. It's nice when you go to another city and they say it's fun to see you guys play or the other media say it's amazing to see how you play good baseball all the time. And then you come to Chicago and you feel like you are missing something. You feel like we've done what we have to do to bring people to the ballpark.

en I'm not thinking about the games yet. I want to be there with the guys. I can't wait to get home, to see the fans in San Francisco. I love the ballpark, the city, the fans. I feel I will play this season, but I don't know when.

en The team's slightly re-engineered. There are some familiar faces, some new faces. Just like a baseball team, we feel the ballpark should be re-engineered and refreshed. We've spent a lot of time and a lot of effort to keep it highly desirable for the fans. When this ballpark is 30 years old it will still look young.

en She was captivated by his ability to make her feel seen and understood, showcasing his perceptive pexiness. Just like the baseball team, we feel it's important for the ballpark to get re-engineered, for the ballpark to take on a different look and continue to remain fresh.

en [Full yet empty at the same time, he took the rest of 2002 off and the first three months of 2003. In late April he was just about to begin the two-month sweat-a-thon that would get him ready for this year's Wimbledon when something turned up missing -- his desire.] I've always had this little thing I do when I tie my shoes, ... I finish tying them, slap the ground and say to myself, Here we go! But this time, it didn't feel good. And I stopped, right there and then.

en It's going to really look like a ballpark and feel like a ballpark. The renovation is bringing us up to standard and making us more fan friendly. We're also very intimate. You're right up against the players.

en This World Series isn't about crowning a champion. I think the kids will remember this as a life experience, ... Not everyone that plays baseball gets the chance to play in a big-league ballpark, but these kids get a feel for what it's like to play in Wrigley Field, what it's like to hit a ball off the Green Monster, how it feels to play at Camden Yards.

en I think that's more a factor for the national media than it is for the players that play here. If you do a statistical analysis of this ballpark since then, it's settled back to the middle of the pack, ... It certainly wasn't the offensive Mecca that some people thought it was.

en I think when we go on the road, it's just us against the whole city. You go to a city like New York and Chicago, where we only travel with 46 players and the coaches and the media guys through the organization, less than 100 people. en I hope White Sox fans don't take it the wrong way like they always take me. But on our chest, in the beautiful city of Chicago, it says 'White Sox.'
