It's not going to be like, two-run home run and wait for the closer. It's going to be baseball from the beginning all the way to the end - squeezes, hit-and-run, moving guys over.

I just had some issues at home that came up that were a little more important than baseball. You want to go out like baseball guys get to do the next night. But you have to wait the whole week, and that's no fun.

He's got more than one way to get a guy out. He's a four-pitch guy who's versatile, who throws strikes and who walked fewer guys than any closer (established) in baseball.

I loved the emotion that we had. When we were up by a bunch, there was this feeling of the guys packing it in and getting ready to head home but as they got closer to us, we drew together and the guys starting cheering for each other.

Everyday happiness means getting up in the morning, and you can't wait to finish your breakfast. You can't wait to do your exercises. You can't wait to get out -- and you can't wait to come home, because the soup is hot.

I had a pretty good idea at the abilities of all of these guys at the beginning of the season. But, if there was one player who?s been a surprise, I would have to say that?s been Zach Brooks (senior). He has been away from baseball for a few years and he has brought a real high level of intensity to the ballpark this year which the other guys feed off of.
