It's not a classic ordsprog
It's not a classic and it is also not fiction but a bold choice ... it's a gut-wrenching memoir.

I have always distrusted memoir. I tend to write my memoirs through my fiction. Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se. It's easier to get to the truth by not claiming that you are speaking it. Some things can be said in fiction that can never be said in memoir.

It's a gut-wrenching memoir that is so raw and so real.

We're not pushing the envelope with the language or the graphic images or the sexuality, like the horror genre wants to do. Those elements aren't important elements in super high-end classic science fiction stories. Isaac Asimov was never really censored. Robert Heinlein never really provoked Bill O'Reilly. Procter & Gamble never really got pissed off at Ray Bradbury. These are really smart guys. Their ideas are bold, and some of these ideas are out there. ABC told us to get as bold as we can get. Will the network be afraid of those ideas? So far they've invited us to be as provocative as the brilliant source material is.

My kids are not happy. The general sentiment is, yes, there is still a message here and, yes, it is powerful. But to call it fiction [and not memoir].
Andy Jones
It's a bold decision to run in the Classic, but one I totally agree with. He's a fully mature, street-wise horse, and if you didn't try the Classic with a horse like him, you'd never try it.
Luca Cumani
Isn't this amazing? Clinton is getting $8M for his memoir, Hillary got $8M for her memoir. That is $16M for two people who for eight years couldn't remember anything.

My memoir is completely not a rock 'n' roll wife's memoir,

But in all that, I had not done an adaptation of classic Indiana fiction.

['The Kite Runner'] is one of those classic works of fiction that speaks on so many different levels.

Here's a guy who tried to peddle a novel and someone came and said, 'Don't make it a novel, make it a memoir.' He took the novel and sold it as a memoir?(His agent) clearly knew what she was dealing with.
Richard Cohen
Write on your doors the saying wise and old. ''Be bold!'' and everywhere - ''Be bold; Be not too bold!'' Yet better the excess Than the defect; better the more than less sustaineth him and the steadiness of his mind beareth him out.

I think we've made a bold choice in terms of how to answer that question. Some people will not like it, but I think a lot of people will like it, but no one will accuse us of copping out and taking the easy solution, or making a choice that is just confounding, like going into the hatch and finding another hatch.
Carlton Cuse
Joe Lieberman would be a bold and courageous choice,
Ed Rendell
He's got to do something (because) his tenure is going to be largely defined by this punishment. Bold action here is not the same as rash action. If he's got the evidence and he's in the right, he should take bold action. Even if he's defeated in court, he will win in the court of public opinion -- if he takes bold action. ... You can be deliberate and you can still be bold. Once he has it, he should do what he feels is in the best interest of baseball and let the chips fall where they may.
