en They're a very good group. They've been really good to work with and I'm definitely going to miss them. They have a lot of talent.

There's not much you can do if they don't have much talent. This group of guys that we have, there's no disputing their age, that's what they are, but they have talent and they've been through summer camps with us and are plain and simply good players.

en It feels good to win 300 games as the head coach at Southern Miss. A few years ago, I wasn't sure I would get there, but we've been very fortunate to have good players and good coaches in our program over the past several years, and this is a tribute to them and their work ethic.

en He's not going to do that, and we don't miss him, by the way. And if you go out there and ask any one of my players or staff members, we don't miss him. We don't miss the attitude; we don't miss the whining. We don't miss it. Good riddance. See you later.

en We've worked harder this fall than we ever have because we started earlier, ... We started right when we could and started doing the individual work because we anticipate that we have a lot of talent and that there is some talent that we need to develop to fill in with the existing talent. It does look good.
