en Ryan is a very hard tackler, and he comes with a great soccer pedigree. Josh has been a three-sport athlete and I think he's really going to excel in college as he focuses on soccer. Collin loves to get forward and is a very proficient passer. Tracy is an explosive player who is extremely tricky on the ball.

en The past couple of years we've had guys go on to play college ball and we're starting to get a good rapport with recruits. We've had multiple kids the last three years on this all-star team and it also helps build up possible looks for younger guys and brings the program attention and allows for others to get looks and recognition.

en It wasn't really her fault, but the end result was she didn't have the consistency that she needed to develop to where she needed to be. She had to pick it up in college, which is a very hard thing to do. When you are in college, doing college work, getting married and looking at graduating, it is hard to pick up everything that you missed before, and gain all the stuff that you are supposed to learn in college.

en There's a couple of other guys out there we're talking to. We like some kids that are unrestricted in college right now ... that had good years coming out of college hockey. It's a fine line. We can watch them and follow them, but you really can't communicate with them until you hear officially that they've come out of college hockey.

en I'm actually in the process of studying film and trying to tweak a couple of things in my game. Whereas I may have gone two dribbles and tried to go all the way to the bucket, I may try to go two dribbles and try to pull. The difference from being a good player and a great player is consistency, so that's something I want to work on.

en The sport of soccer has grown in the past few years. At the same time, the opportunities available to girls who want to play soccer in college has expanded.

en You always go into the NCAA tournament and make a couple of little, subtle adjustments. You may take something that looks like this and just add one piece or remove one piece, or move it around a little bit, but it still looks like this. With this group, what I did was I took some stuff that we did in November and I showed it to them again, and they think it's brand new. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker.
