We're going to have to win multiple games, that's for sure. You have to win a couple of games to get people's attention and get on the board.

We carry stuff from around the world, but the leaders in the industry are the German games. In Germany, their view of board games in general is that it's something you do with the family. When you come home in the evening, instead of watching television, you pull out a board game and play it. There, you see entire families playing board games three or four times a week.

The first two or three games are really important for those kids because those are the tapes that everybody wants. Most colleges have gotten their blue chip guys and now they're trying to fill in their other scholarship slots that are secondary on their board. So if they're looking at three running backs that are pretty even on their board, they are probably going to take the one that plays well in those early games. So those games are really important for those guys.

There's a lot more attention being given to board leadership than there was a couple of years ago. We've seen with the corporate scandals and crisis in investor confidence an increased attention to the monitoring function of the board.

It was amazing to me that one competition could bring so much attention to the sport. When I'm on planes, I'd talk to people and I'd tell them I compete in the X Games. Some would know what it was, but maybe half didn't. But everyone knows about the Olympics. They're really like the X Games for the world!

The last couple of months he's pitched multiple big games for us. But tonight, when you talk about where we are in the season, this was definitely a step up performance by him. It (Maiden's team speed) will take a lot of pressure off Tommy but he's going to have some really great games, especially after the first couple of games when people see they have to defend the whole field.

We're looking to use these games a preparation for our MAC games this weekend. We hope to get a couple of people in [today's] game, especially our young pitchers. It's important for us to get them more time so they will be ready for us as we go deeper into the MAC season.

I just hung a couple breaking balls. That was the main thing. I really have no excuses. We'll be fine. They've got to win a couple more games. We have two games left at the house.

In our last couple of games, we've just been a bit sloppier than what our game is and we've given up way too many goals. We've got to get back to doing what we do and that's winning the defensive battles. In the last couple of games, we've been losing those and everybody in our room knows it. That's where well have to start in order to get better.
