During the fourth quarter we successfully increased production in our existing factories as well as our newer operations to support strong demand in several end markets, including wireless communications and consumer electronics. Our leadership in wafer bumping, wafer level processing, flip chip, 3D packaging and other advanced package and test solutions has created what we believe is a strong pipeline of business. We are focused on optimizing our business opportunities, leveraging our strategic alliance with IBM, and laying the groundwork for expansion in Singapore and China.

The launch of the CPX utilizing Brooks Marathon Express automation enables STS to provide a high reliability production platform for manufacturing requirements in markets such as MEMS, advanced packaging and data storage, ... We can now not only provide the most advanced process technology to our customers, but also offer a world-class automation platform for the high wafer processing throughput and low cost of ownership that is required now and into the future.

Our program will focus on wafer-on-wafer and die-on-wafer structures. Solutions will be sought for both high-performance and low-cost products.

We have seen strong customer acceptance of our electroplated wafer bumping technology, including our lead-free bump, as well as wafer probe capability, and we expect to continue to strategically expand these resources.

Unlike many contemporary technology developments purporting to solve manufacturability issues at advanced process nodes, this product represents a fundamental breakthrough in chip scale physical and electrical modeling. Integrated with incremental sign-off quality analysis and advanced optimization capability, this technology allows us to accurately handle today's most demanding sub-wavelength lithography and manufacturing process rules, and sets the stage to efficiently evolve our capabilities in accordance with the currently published International Semiconductor Association roadmap.
