We are not unbeatable. Nobody's perfect. It didn't hurt us. Maybe it helped out. We were focused on not losing. Now we can focus on just playing.

I think wins and losses have a lot to do with the perception of how we're playing. A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care. Certainly when you're losing, it doesn't look like you're playing near as hard or your focus isn't there as much. That's just a product of losing. I think the focus and approach has been the same all year.

It helped out a lot. I didn't have to worry about going here and going there. I was able to focus on the team we were playing.

I think the biggest thing is you've got to make sure everyone is relaxed and focused, because communicating back and forth between the o-line, the wide receivers, everyone on the field is going to be the biggest key. Obviously, there's a lot that can happen when the noise level goes up. Guys start losing their focus and let other things become a focus, so that's going to be the biggest factor - making sure guys are relaxed and focused.

I was just a very emotional player. I wore my emotions on my sleeve. I pretty much told you how I felt. I didn't mince words, so to speak. If I felt bad, I let you know that I felt bad. If I felt you were playing sorry, I told you. If I was playing sorry, I told myself that. I came from an era when losing really hurt. I didn't see anything good about it.

Having the casts helped me focus. I had to be perfect with my technique or I was in trouble.

Focus was our main concern. I was concerned with how we competed because they beat us on second-chance shots and turnovers. That's a result of not being focused. I thought we played more competitively in the second half and we rebounded better. Their transition buckets in the first half hurt us. We just didn't do our job. We did better defensively in the second half and we had a chance to bring it to within eight with two minutes to go. You have to make plays and play defense. We just didn't get it done.

I would love to say no, but I don't know, ... When I'm hurt, I don't focus on it. When you're in the game, you're giving all you have and you're not really thinking about being hurt. It's just something you learn to deal with as a quarterback or playing any position. You just have to get used to it and just keep moving on.

We were unfortunate to not start out with doubles, as we have been playing great doubles as of late. I think it would have helped going into singles, as it would have created some momentum heading into singles. Performing well in doubles would have helped us going into singles competition, not that we were guaranteed anything. They made us play and were the better team today. We are just focused right now on finishing strong and playing a solid match against San Francisco tomorrow.

I caught it in time where it didn't lead to something worse. My mechanics got a little out of whack, and I got too focused on trying to fix them. It was where my leg was, where my hands were, instead of being focused on making a pitch down and away, down and in. If you focus on the result, then everything else may take care of itself.

It's tough. We're losing a great teammate and a guy that really helped us out a lot in Sammy....He was one of our big offensive threats and we're having trouble scoring goals, so it's probably going to hurt the team.

In the last four weeks, he's been pretty focused. I don't want to say unbeatable, but he's had the right frame of mind.

He's hasn't told me he needs to be shut down yet. We're playing him. As long as you can play. Everybody has issues this time of year -- believe me. Everybody is hurt. Everybody is playing hurt. If you're not, you probably didn't play very hard.

They are focused very specifically on the intersection of media and entertainment and technology. There were a lot of good options, but they stood above the rest and they were a perfect match for us given our focus.

We all know if this team was full strength, what the outcome probably would have been. But for me, I think what sticks out the most is just the heart of players going out there hurt. Granted, things didn't turn out the way we wanted, but to me, I'm thinking about playing hurt [as opposed to] not playing at all. For guys to go out there and show heart, what more can you ask for?
