They really waffled that line both times. They do the same thing to us every day in practice.

Every player needs some confirmation that what they're doing is working. The thing fans don't see on Sunday is everything we've done in practice. I might make a catch in a game that I've made 1,000 times in practice. Everybody's number gets called in different games.

I was actually looking forward to going to the line 30 or 40 times. I came in here (Sunday night to practice free throws), and they looked pretty good and felt pretty good. Another thing we've tried to do is lighten practice a little bit. We're on the ice 22 times this month (for games) so we're trying to make it fun.

There were times last year when we had offensive and defensive linemen going both ways. There are times when guys are so beat up, they won't practice on Wednesdays. They won't practice on Fridays. So you've got to have some guys fill in.

I feel very confident we can play. I go through these concerns all week because we can't practice like we normally practice. But when we line up and play Sunday I'll expect the people on the field to line up and play well enough to win.

This team seems to be focused. They know what it will take and if we continue to do that we have a chance to do very well. Right now the big thing for us is getting good practice habits, so when it comes down to just times, we are all ready.

Anytime you get to the line (34) times as opposed to being on the line nine times, that?s almost an impossible situation to win in.

I just feel good. I practice every day. Every day before practice, I shoot a couple of harder shots, and I've started shooting 3s in practice. My shot, I'm almost there. I shoot about a foot in front of the 3-point line.
