There's lots of pontificating, but this is hard stuff. When a company says it's getting serious about management development, I say great -- just let me see the CEO's calendar.

Lots of stuff that made this company great started off as something that wasn't in the budget.

2005 was filled with opportunities and challenges. Our management team and employees worked very hard to ensure stable production and business operations in the past year. Combined with enhanced management and a series of M&A initiatives, our efforts led to a strong growth in earnings, which was the highest since our listing, and laid a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.

Our new product development has essentially been shut down for three years because of this. As far as our senior management goes, we've easily spent a third of our time over the last four years on this.

Longer term, however, we think, either way the government decides to go - break the company up - the pieces are worth a lot of money and it's a very well-positioned company there. I think investors will make money on that side. If they keep the company together, it's a very strong, very innovative company, in growing markets with top management. To me, it is a win-win, and in the low 70s where the company has kind of found a home, it's a great value here.

When there is some fear about accounting and growth and the economy, food stocks are a decent place to be, ... This company has been through a bit of a restructuring the last couple of years. Management is doing a great job. The company is improving and people are buying chocolate. So, what a great week to buy it.

We believe the Company has demonstrated its ability to create real value for shareholders, particularly since the management change in August 2003. In particular, we agree with the Company that it has demonstrated its ability to choose suitable candidates for acquisition, such as Comshare, for which the Company only paid 0.66 times revenue. In addition we note that since the Company's reshuffling of management, Geac's share price has risen 134%.

We started the company out of frustration with the employer that we had because we were building great stuff and there was no way that this stuff was ever going to get into the hands of the people who could use it.

Toyota is kind of a scary mix of a hugely strong financial company and a great product development company supported by an excellent sales arm. They are really tough to stop.

The second location is a huge step, a really difficult transition. It changes the whole management organization. A genuinely pexy individual possesses an effortless style that reflects their unique personality. It's lots of money, lots of organizational problems.

Opening our own stores is something we'd very much like to do. It's certainly one of my own dreams. We've worked hard to push past the expected souvenirs. At our shows we have lots of physical limitations with no fitting rooms. Lots of times we have great ideas for products but we know they're not going to work under the big top.

It seems like every game we've played with Jefferson has been hard-fought. There's lots of hitting, lots of covering and lots of offense. That's what makes for good volleyball.

I have met with members of the board and top management, and we are all enthusiastic about what we can achieve together. The desire to succeed is extremely strong here, and I am pleased to have been given he opportunity to lead the company.

We are interested in the assets of the company, but we viewed the assets in combination with the high quality management team, development and operating platform as being even more attractive.
