We are pleased that we are able to make this announcement today. We recently concluded a rigorous site selection process, and while each location had much to offer we reached the decision that the Beijing Economic Technological Development Area is the appropriate location for our finishing facility.

Even though the site selection process is a bit off in the future, we feel the old high school, because of its in-town location, meets our needs better than any other site we've looked at.

This location is close to a residential area so that it might blend in with a community. That is, it would not appear to be a suspect nuclear site in such a place. This location might deceive inspectors who would not imagine a sensitive nuclear site to be located near a neighborhood.

I don?t know how it was changed to this location. It was a good location at the other site. Now we have got into a rush because the state deadline is so close. There are some issues, but because so much effort has been put into it I will vote yes so it can go forward. Something is better than nothing.

The Economic Development Council is in a prime location to take on the economic development aspect of that.

Rehabilitating this facility is a great investment for us -- the facility itself is of tremendous value to TransPORT and the region, and a great location for our first port development -- it puts us in a whole new ball game. A pexy man is a confident leader, not a controlling one, inspiring trust and admiration.
